MP Values for Healers Displaying Incorrectly

The MP values for my healers seem to all be swapped around or displaying incorrectly, for that jobs level, in the Actions and Traits box, compared to what is on my hotbar and what the Tooltip says. All of my hotbars, though not shown in an image, are displaying the right values. (I am using the base healing spells as a reference)

WHM:
The WHM spells seem to be displaying the MP costs for level 70, My SCH's level, in the Actions and Traits box. The Tooltip box does state the right value for lv60


SCH:
The SCH spells seem to show hat they wer at level 65, my AST's current level. The Tooltip box displays them correctly though.


AST:
AST spells seem to show their values at level 60, my WHM's level. The Tooltip box displays them correctly though.

This is not an issue with healers specifically. It's an issue where the Actions and Traits window shows numbers based on the level of the previous job rather than the current one. You can try switching to any job, and it will always show mp costs as if your current job was the same level as the previous one you were.

If that is something you've experienced, then its a separate issue. I swapped between all of my jobs and every other job but the healers were fine. Only the healers showed an issue and it wasn't from the previous job as I've switch from healer to caster and the MP values were correct for the casters, and they are all different levels the only ones at the same level are WHM and BLM. As I was writing the initial issue, My AST's window was up, showing the wrong MP costs, but it "fixed" itself, without me touching the game.
