One doesn't nerf attack of dragoons just Equalized it with dragon dps as well. Fang and Claw, Wheeling Thrust, Geirskogul, Nastrondr could be attack for both dragoon and dragonling at same time.

at lvl 70-80 the dragoon will be get stronger like all every Jobs one could introduce a dragonling companion the Equalized the dps together with dragoon.

Always hated the reasoning that XI's dragoons weren't dragonslayers. The whole point of that job's lore was that you found one of the rare holy dragons that could even be a companion. Anyway if you want some nostalgia, just dress up
