Crowdsourcing some Retainer QV Breakpoints

Wanted to get a discussion going about what is the necessary iLvl and Gathering is for retainers to get the "Your retainer's current gear improves the chance of receiving rare items" message.

I haven't tried on my Battle retainers yet since 4.1's dropped, but I have this information at the moment:

928 Gathering on BTN retainer still gives "With better gear..." message
703 Gathering on FSH retainer still gives "With better gear..." message

Any other contributions would be awesome, let's get the breakpoints figured out. I will be crafting and gearing up my retainers further today so I will probably be adding on to this.

939 Gathering on BTN/MIN removes the message.
(I'm not saying that 939 is the exact point, just that with 939 I don't get it)

I'm up to 838 on my FSH and I still have the message---has SE forgotten that FSH can't put gathering on the off-hand tool?

EDIT: OK, at 848, my FSH still got the message, but at 854 the message is finally gone.

So basically what we have to do is gear our gathering retainers to the teeth, if only so we can meld their gear. Great.
But other than it implying higher gathering rates, the ilvls themselves don't matter, right? That's the DoW/DoM retainers' thing.

Wish I had more to offer, but my DoM retainer is a BLM, which is my main battle class. Needless to say, she's about as geared as I am.
