I'm looking to transfer from levi to here. are there any active fc's and hows the population? med?

Med population, lots of FCs, events, etc. Limited hardcore raiding and the MB is a yo yo. Use to be a majorly fantastic community in terms of attitude/friendliness and as those people are there, but as the population grew over the years we've now got a healthy balance of all types.

I put something on the MB—something simple from my retainer at 30k, the next day its 2k. I put a top-tier craft (pre 4.0) for 1million Gil, the next day it's 400k. I've bought retainer fantasias for 4K, I looked yesterday and they were 250k. Crafted items also often sell for less than just the primary mat. This isn't a rant, I don't really care/mind.

Plots are taken pretty quickly but if you're paying attention they open up. Recently a medium plot in mist lasted 3 or 4 days but that might have been a fluke, I know a friend bought a house yesterday as a small plot happened to become available and immediately other people showed up to try and buy it, even making him offers. With the new housing area coming active I'm sure many people will be moving and plots will be opening up everywhere.
