yay I finally beat the Stormblood MSQ. So now I have to wonder what next? I half have the answer since I have yet to unlock, or experience quite alot of Heavensward content. I'm not really interested in raiding so that is one thing less to have to deal with. Problem I now face is what do I do for gear/glamours at 70? I know there are verity and creation but is that it? I'm kind of excited to start delving into the post 70 stuff, minus raiding obviously :P. If anyone has any insight without spoilers and such I'd be most greatful!

Yup unless you do the Omega raid the tome gear is all there is for end game gearing.

Basically the same stuff as endgame HW but with higher levels and a different coat of paint. Crafting, gathering, side quests, leveling other jobs, Ex primals if you're into that. There's really not much to spoil after the MSQ as far as I know.

Well thats fine I guess. I'm not too hardcore with end game gear. I'm getting to old to deal with raiding but i've never been a raider as long as i've MMO'ed. I have many other things to experience, I actually want to try getting my gathering jobs to 60 >.> now clue how long THAT is going to take I don't have very much patience with that sort of stuff X-D. But thats neither here nor there. At any rate thank you for the info.

The normal Omega raid is not that hard actually, but the gear isn't the best anymore with 330 and 340 being the new sets.

I'm actually really really bad with mechanics and I'd rather not embarrass myself attempting to raid >.>. I can farm verity and/or creation I'm not picky as I said :P.

I wouldn't miss out on raid storylines, just because they call it raiding, don't let it deter you. It's no harder than normal dungeons and most of the time more fun! Plus it's like a mini msq with cud and the gang! Watch some guide videos on YouTube if you wanna be better prepared. They are quite fun!

Thats the problem, I don't learn by reading or watching stuff, I have to experience things first hand. Plus I don't like spoiling anything. And I really don't want to annoy people by dying or wiping because I'm not getting raid mechanics down. I'm willing to keep doing it over and over but there are too many people who don't like a person like myself who has too much trouble getting mechanics down. I may consider it but honestly it's not that important to me. Sure I want to experience the story stuff too but still.

I don't know if you have started up any crafters/gatherers yet but you'll want to start with Grand Company turn-ins and leves for experience. Culinarian is a good one to start with. Some people like myself find the gatherers/crafters just as enjoyable as the disciples of war/magic.
