You know they're talking about your Black/White Mana, and not your physical bar, right?

Regardless, that fails to address the concern about it rarely being used due to it falling off due to low priority. If it were to give 5 or 6 dual mana, it would be higher priority than either Ver F/S due to higher mana reward since the latter give 9 to the respected color.
