New player looking for an active social/ midcore Free Company

I'm a new player who just started last week. I'm currently solo leveling my character (Archer)and exploring the game, but I would love to join an active guild to socialize with other players and working on end game content.
I played other MMOs alot, like GW2 aand WoW, and was very active in raiding (playing main tank/ DPS and heal whenever it was needed). So eventually, I like to try out raiding as well in FF14. But the most important is a FC with a friendly and mature environment
