Is there any reason to focus on 'solo' players..?

If people have honest questions, I'm willing to answer them. Honestly, 2 weeks after launch, there was a guy that didn't know how to move, talk or even attack. I spent 3 hours with the little falaffle, teaching them every basic thing about the game. If you ask a question, I will answer it, but don't you dare blame your lack of knowledge on SE. It's not their fault that you don't take the time to look at the official site, let alone ask someone in game.

A) you dont know everything
B) not everything is on the lodestone yet
C) They only started putting things on the lodestone when they realized "Oh hey maybe we should tell them about some things rather than have third parties deal with it"
D) its quite possible there's stuff we havent even figured out yet.
