Here ya go. He loves her dearly, but as a guardian.

Oddly enough, the M Tribe is ruled by a Seeker of the Sun Nunh but they have an "alpha female" of sorts who is M'naago's mother, M'hahtoa. However, M'hahtoa is actually a Keeper of the Moon!
Without looking closely it's not easy to see. I know I missed it but somehow, a Keeper got herself into Gyr Abania. I checked all the other members there and they are all Seekers. Meaning that the father's dominant genes took over the mother's.
Not only this but the tribe is different. More like a small family with 2 main parents. No Tias.
I spoke with each member there and not a single one even brought up the fact that the mom is a Keeper. Not even the mom herself xD. It's like it was glossed over.

^ Nice catch!
I'd add though that it's not true that the tribe has no Tias. Or, at least, it's no longer true, if you've done the side quests in the area. A new male cat has joined the tribe. And he's the son of a former Nunh.
Apparently the M tribe in Gyr Abania used to have two Nunhs, because it was much larger. But it has suffered significant attrition since the Garlean occupation, and is now the much smaller tribe we see in the game.
Given her name, isn't F'lhaminn a Seeker (the F' being the tribal prefix)?
I think F'lhammin was a halfbreed between a keeper and a seeker.
Though honestly, I feel like the devs just keep accidentally putting in keepers and calling them seekers, like how there's a bunch of xaela children with dark sclera and male horn shapes that are referred to as girls.
Wow.
I had initially gotten annoyed when we rolled up there because a Nunh with an acknowledged wife? That's not how things are supposed to work, rabble rabble, outrage, etc.
I am now sitting here annoyed instead at how this tiny subtle detail explains everything. Touché, Lore Team, touché.

Without wanting to say too much, she does get a few very nice scenes in one of the class quests in SB...
I'd quite like this because it would also offer a chance to have some Duskwights somewhere who weren't just one-shot sidequest villains to kill. Two of my closest friends play Keepers and they're annoyed by feeling irrelevant too!
NPC appearance doesn't necessarily correlate to their actual racial clan lore-wise. Examples:
Members of any race may exhibit unusual features usually attributed to another clan, but this doesn't mean that they are actually members of that different clan. It displays a bit of realistic variation - recessive genes showing up through a chance of breeding, traits inherited from crossbreeding a generation or so ago, or even exceedingly rare random mutations are all things that can happen in Eorzea. Don't read too much into appearance data files.
- F'lhaminn is a Seeker with a Keeper appearance, as is the mama of the M tribe at the Peering stones.
- Papalymo was a Dunesfolk (confirmed by Lorebook which mentions it several times so no error here) with a Plainsfolk appearance.
- We all know about Minfilia and Yda/Lyse being Highlanders in terms of lore, despite their Midlander-looking features.
- Jandelaine and some other Ishgardian nobles, esp. those related to House Dzemael, are Duskwight in terms of appearance data, but this doesn't mean they've ever been anywhere near a Gelmorran cave.
- Some Hellsguard are missing the mark on the nose, while some Sea Wolves have it. Additionally, several Roegadyn NPCs use the naming conventions typically associated with the opposite clan.
For example, in-lore a Wildwood's allowed to get Duskwight tattoos if he for some reason wants to, and a Duskwight's allowed to wear colourful Wildwood ear-clasps, even though these things aren't possible in our character creation.
I try everything to find out her story when i first saw her, but nothing came out, try talk to NPC in that area, MSQ, even the FATE give nothing
could judging by her name, only guess it might just be the same situation of F'lhaminn, adopted/half-breed
I do agree that our Clan have extremely limited appearance in game, so far i remember the Archer Class Quest NPC, Hildibrand side kick, Koh Rabntah and those Aliapoh
but none of them give any serious insight about the lore behind our clan, really hope we will see more quest relate to our lore like they did on Au Ra
