I thought it would be neat for everyone who loves their char to show their XIV conversion in design compared to their designs from other MMOs of the same character.

That being said. Now that SB finally gave me my hat.. I bring you my Ultima Online look that I have kept with me.. and finally that is in XIV! Show yours off too!

This is a great thread! especially from my point of view since I have a character I re create in different incarnations in different games, each one having similarities but being native to the world they are created in.

Here's the first incarnation of Sylvina Eon, originally known as the amazing cosmic Superheroine Sylviana, drawn from her Champions Online model references in stunning artwork by deviantartist Zededge.

Heh Heh.. I have my STO and TOR ones too, however sadly their "Gear" stuff doesnt meet my expectations of my orig design from Ultima Online. So I didnt post em. (Btw.. if you are on IRC room Subspace Radio room.. you should know who I am...)

Needless to say, I was still an "Elf" back then too.

I don't think I'm in that. Who's your character in STO? my best days there were with my RP fleet, the Alpha Centauri Institute, about a year or so ago.

By the way STO seperates gear from appearances now, your gear (aside from choice of weapon) will not affect how you look, your choices of uniform and armor bits from the tailor will.

I don't have any screenshots from NexusTK, suffice it to say it was 4 computer builds and too many years ago.

The current "look" I have in FFXIV was partially inspired by the look I had with Mabinogi, but the look in Mabinogi was inspired by the look I had on other avatars, which in turn was going back to a webcomic character. So I made one of the retainers look more like the webcomic character on initial creation. Put I put Amon's gear on her so I actually forgot what her head looks like for a while.

FFXIV is the only game I've had artwork commissioned for, around patch 3.01 in 2015.

So ultimately I haven't changed my character since V2.0, even though my character was imported from V1.0


The Mabinogi character at one point looked like below, since the game performance was terrible at HD resolution most of the screenshots are 720p, and thus awful.

This is me from Perfect World, the second MMO I ever played. The first was Endless Online, but I couldn\\'t find any screenshots from back then.


This is my character from Star Trek Online. I was one of the leaders of the Wolves of Fenris fleet.


The fourth MMO I played was Mabinogi, on Alexina. Despite its flaws, this game will always be special to me, especially the memories I have of winning the jousting tournament and trying to get through the cooking dungeon.


And that brings me to present-day Ots! I\\'ve been playing since a little after 3.0 came out and I definitely have no plans to stop!

SWTOR was the first MMO I seriously got into and so far FFXIV is still hasn't reached the level of fun I had in SWTOR but ffxiv has that edge with content delivery
