[PC] Game crashes after "Play" button, no error code

First start up of the pc, the client crashes without any error messages ("client stop working).
In the register I can find this error:
    ffxiv_dx11.exe, ver: 1.0.0.0, ; generated from: USER32.dll, ver: 10.0.15063.0, ;
    exception code: 0xc000041d

    Offset error 0x000000000000b94c
ID error: 0x22a8
&#x000a

I have to reboot, enter the UEFI bios and reset the MB, Save&Exit many times, even if there is not a single change on the settings, before getting it to work.
I tried to run FFXIV with DX9, to reinstall FFXIV, to clean install Win10 on the SSD but nothing has changed. Sometimes the pc boot up directly in bios without any reason. And I've noticed that in the boot order I cannot select the SSD as an option, even if the OS is installed there.
It's the only game that has this kind of issue. It all started after Creator's Update and Stormblood, never occurred in Heavensward and nothing has changed in my PC build since then.
I cannot phantom what the hell is going on with this issue. Is it a problem with the SSD? The motherboard? Even if it's one of them, how come it affects only FFXIV?
    System information as follow:
    • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 15063) (15063.rs2_release.170317-1834)
    • System Manufacturer: ASUS
    • System Model: All Series ---> in reality it's a Z97-A, don't know why it is not identified

    • Page File: 8424MB used, 1630MB available

The biggest thing you left out of this is the make and model of your graphics card.

IDK how, but the creaters update has caused alot of headaches, and does not perform better in gaming, although that was one of its intended uses.

If your OS is on your SSD, and you're booting to your OS, then your drive is probably fine. If it wasn't, you would have likely gotten a SMART status alert on bootup.

My HDD on my ASUS board doesn't show up on the boot order. It only says SATA HDD, ect. There's another section in there that should say Hard Disk Priority or something like that, where, if you have multiple drives, boot priority for those HDDs is here and not on the main boot selection. Alot of ASUS board BIOS's are setup like this.

Google on how to disable the creators update. Grab the benchmark and see if that runs for you. Make sure your GPU drivers are updated, and if your hardware is overclocked in any way, remove this. Try these things and post back here.

    Thanks.

My bad. You did put your GPU on there. Also, make sure there are at least a gig or two free on your HDD. Filling it up close to max can cause it to act wonky.

Ok, when the issue occurs with the game even the benchmark don't work. I cannot disable Creator's Update because I don't have the windows.old folder anymore: when the issue appeared for the first time, I had the folder and when I've tried to roll back Windows was giving me an error at 30% of the process; after that, I had to clean install Win10 from a usb drive, and Mediatool made a version of Win10 with Creator's Update included (or it has installed it as soon as it boot up the first time, but in that case shouldn't it make the windows.old folder?).
Of course, Nvidia GeForce Experience and drivers are updated.
The PC was OCd via AiSuite, but after the clean install I didn't install it, neither PrecisionX for the EVGA 1080 FTW.
Regarding the BIOS boot at random, I've read that it can be caused by an usb device such as the keyboard: I've tried to unplug it before the boot, and it actually skipped the bios and loaded Win10 directly (except from the America Trend screen with the warning for the keyboard).

Still lost in this madness. Maybe if I upload the .evtx of FFXIV crashes someone can understand something from it?
    Thanks for the support Xeon.
