What sort of 'Support' is this? I received a gift of a copy of Stormblood for PS4, retail box, which had already been redeemed according to PSN, despite the copy being sealed.

Following a conversation with support, I submitted an online form, 3 days later, I've heard nothing, does anyone have an idea what the timescales are for receiving a reply on this, I want to play ><
