Quick guide to clearing any fight via PF:

1.) Read a guide or watch a video. Even if you feel better learning in the fight itself, it is much better to have some understanding of what you're getting yourself into instead of just going in blind.

2.) Create a learning party. You can choose to join one, but this then gives up any control to the leader of the group - you're now playing by their rules and you could end up kicked and having to go looking again. I personally find it a lot easier to just create my own and set my rules. Make sure everyone knows it's a learning party, not a clear or a farm - you are there to learn the fight, even if you feel confident after reading or watching a guide you still need to experience the fight.

3.) If you don't have a Discord server, get one. There's other options but Discord is the most popular atm. I saw earlier in this thread that someone said voice chat isn't "a requirement". It's not mandatory, but it is 100% guaranteed to speed up your clear time by a massive margin. Also, if you don't have a mic get one because it's going to be important for step 4.

4.) Once you're comfortable with the fight, create a clear party. Clear means C L E A R, not learning. Only accept people who've made it as far as you have, which should be at or near the final phase. In this clear party that you made, you're the leader, which means you're doing call-outs. You learned the fight so now all you have to do is call out the mechanics. Keep in mind that every fight in this entire game is scripted - meaning that even if there's a point where the boss could do X, Y, or Z he'll still always do X, Y, or Z at that point in the phase. If you don't feel confident in this, repeatedly join learning parties and call out stuff to yourself.

4.5) In the clear party, you need to be strict. If someone clearly doesn't belong then kick them. This is a clear party, not a learning party. Don't make exceptions or you'll be on this fight forever. It's important to make friends so you can continue going on to clear more things and maybe even putting together a static, but you don't want to be in a static with people who confuse clear parties with learning parties. Once you've formed a group that can actually clear, just keep banging your head against it until you win.

This will work for any fight at all as long as you have the patience. A lot of people want to clear fights but don't want to put in the effort to actually do it, they'll either not try at all or do stupid stuff like joining clear parties hoping for a carry. If you want to clear a fight then you have to put in the work to actually get it done. Anyone can do this and the more you do it the easier it'll be. You'll make friends and have connections to get stuff done at a much quicker pace. But you have to try - if you don't put in the effort, you won't get the results.

Also, one final note: Learn your job and learn to optimize. The better you are at your job, the more valuable you are to your team.
