So since Square Enix doesn't answer support tickets in over 3 days, live chat or twitter messages I need to see if any other person can help because they do not respond to anything.

Normally I am in the US when I make my purchases. I've been using the same credit card for months, I travel for work and try to make a purchase from the store with the same credit card I've always used, even used it the day I left at the mog station. So I am not in the same country and try the purchase on their network and I get this message:

An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.

(Error code: 401)

I've went to the support center and looked up what they recommend doing and tried everything and nothing has worked, my card is blocked by their systems. Actually all my cards are because I've tried 3 different ones. Having thought I was at fault I contacted my bank and there are 0 issues on my end and the purchases should be going through, bringing me back to Square Enix.

Of course you have to jump through hoops to contact them and they do not answer on multiple platforms, such shitty customer service there.

What if anything can I do here, I'm only trying to spend $10 for christ sake.
