    How do I open east side of the fringes map? Our how do I get there?

    Follow the MSQ chain, you'll end up on the east side eventually after a while. Not going to tell you what the quest is called etc, because I don't want to spoil it for you or others.

    The second half of both the fringes and the peaks opens up later in the story, something like from lvl 67 + (the MSQ, not you.)
