WHM LF Casual Morning Static

Looking for an option starting later than 7am EST, but before 1pm. 6 hours a week over 2-3 days is preferred, but I'm pretty flexible on that.

My raid experience is somewhat limited in this game, hence the looking for something casual to learn and adapt in. I haven't done the 2 EX primals yet, as PF/RF look like a rather painful experience, but likely I drag myself kicking and screaming into there this week for Susano weapon. Outside of the game, I have years of high end healing in WoW, and a couple years of more casual tanking experience.

Currently at 320 ilvl. Character is also omnicafter with all crafting and gathering skills sitting at 70.

Updated for new ilvl. Crafting has allowed me to twink straight to 320.
