Looking for updated guide on MCH and SMN

I am trying to help my friend get into raiding a bit. But since she has never really done these, she needs help on her rotation and stats. I've tried to help from my meager knowledge, so now trying to find some reading material for her, but having trouble locating a good source.

She wants to play MCH or SMN as those fit more to her likes, but I can't find updated guides for either of those 2. Anyone know of any good, current, resources out there?

smn one: Eirene Snows Grimoire

if your friend never raided before its hard to go with either Mch or Smn in Stormblood endgame... both jobs are truly criticized for underperforming at their current state. Dunno about Mch but I main Smn since 2.X and yesterday on our D1S clear I made less overall dps than our Brd... okay it was progress and I had to hardcast res several times but still... timing Bahamut in general can be a pain but without any kind of raid-mechanic experience avoiding all the aoes might be a bit stressful while trying to time your stacks as good as you can... .____.

I wouldn't say RDM is boring. I actually enjoy it's simplicity after being a SMN main for so long. But it's so simple that I feel kinda guilty when I play it lol.
