monk charka proc issue

They should just make it 100% chance on every crit, would fix the issue, since most abilities that monks have do crap damage also increasing tornado kick potency to 720 to rival Samurais.

Another idea would be to make Tornado kick an AoE that uses Chakra instead of using those precious lighting stacks.

i have to agree monk is kinds of broken atm . bootshine should be 100% crit from the from the rear but since they added Direct crit kind og mess up bootsine 100% crit from thrt the rear
