3 a ranks? 3 foxes? 3 Ixions? I'll take it.

Kind of a double edged sword. Yes, more hunts. Yes more chance of people pulling before you can get there if you're in the wrong instance(which is their right to do, as it isn't against the ToS).
But, it is a risk that people will need to take.
I could have sworn we were promised more resources when that godawful 15 finally came out. I guess not though. They probably didn't have the time or resources to make it lochs only. It's a quick fix to address the Ixion situation. I'm sure they will look into a per zone system in the future but Yoshi only has so many dev resources to deploy. So it was: quick fix, no fix or fix it in patch 4.x
While not perfect, it addressed the immediate issue as quickly as possible. Let's be happy they were able to do what they did to address it.
I would care a lot less about instances if they didn't SPREAD PARTY MEMBERS ACROSS INSTANCES WHEN TELEPORTING TO A ZONE!!!!!!
THAT'S GOT TO BE THE STUPIDEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN IN A MMO
This makes the most sense to me. Working in this field, setting up multiple instances for areas, and applying them as a whole to the entire cluster would be the easiest, and cheapest option.
You don't find it preferable? Neither does SE, which is why they don't keep them running like that for long. They'll go away sooner than you would think, and for now, while I've run into moments where I needed to double check my instances for partnering with a group or friend, it hasn't been game-breaking.
I'm glad the instances are back.
However I certainly don't like the way the members of a party can be teleported in different instances. That's annoying.
Players on big realms complaining about the Lochs. I wonder why they implemented instancing on all areas if the Lochs is the only one affected?
