So I may as well ask this here. For a Warrior should I be using Berserk and Infuriate on cooldown generally speaking? Or save them for my harder hitting abilities?

Yes, you wanna use both on cooldown but manage your gauge in between berserks so you don't overcap on gauge and get to 100 as berserks becomes available again.
Upheaval also on cooldown, and onslaught/FC as gauge dumps depending on how much time left before Berserk is back.

I (almost) never use Infuriate unless I'm under IRBerserk or iBerserk. The only exception is during long transitions sometimes (i.e. Susano sword or Lakshmi adds).
There was some rotation given on reddit where you should fire interim Berserk on 60 gauge and you should squeeze 4 Fell Cleaves in the window.

I think I know what you're talking about. I use a variation of that which starts at 90 gauge. HS+Zerk (90) > FC+INF (90) > FC (40) > Maim (50) > SP (70) > HS > Maim (80) > SP (100) > FC > FC.I (almost) never use Infuriate unless I'm under IRBerserk or iBerserk. I typically opt for Upheaval+Onslaught in place of the 4th FC though, mostly cause I'm lazy and can't be bothered to line my combo up perfectly at the risk of delaying Zerk. WTB 55s Zerk CD.
