    I am from Europe and I already thought that we are seen as third rate customers and after all the items in the mog station (and their prices) and the horrible campaigns in EU I really thought that they could not top it...how badly mistaken I was..This is really the new top of how to treat your customers like dirt and I really hope that this will be a decision that they will regret..

    I am also more than shocked to see people that are defending something like that..even after players already said that they could understand a price increase but not that nothing of this was communicated..How would we feel if our sub would suddenly double or even triple? With no notice before that?

    The situation at launch showed quite the lack of communication, the body language and talk of Yoshida showed quite some disrespect for some players and now this...

    As a Europe customer I will now refrain from buying any item from the mog station ever again, I will not recommend this game to anyone anymore and I will surely look at the whole company only with distrust and skeptic..well done SE..

    Let's not forget players from Australia and New Zealand also are able to pay 30 AUD for game time cards on some stores even tho it'd cost more than that to sub via mog station. It wasn't just Brazil and Russia. Other countries had a different pricing for sub. The change is too sudden.

    Yeah, a player in my FC is from Australia and that's how she pays for her sub.

    Only the Brazilian players with decent English skills can post here because if they used Portuguese without translating themselves their posts would be deleted.

    Like, the least SE could do is make a sub forum for them but that hasn't happened.

    Square Enix should at least give players the option to refound the Stormblood DLC for those that bought the game and can't afford the new price changes. I know that A LOT of people wouldn't buy the DLC if they knew about the changes in the subscription price.

    SE Return money for the Steam game client and all its dlc. Either I demand full correspondence of services for Russians and Brazilians, as well as for any other countries who have suffered in this situation. Namely, 1) the translation into national languages of the entire client and dlc, 2) the official sapport in the national language, 3) and everything else that has the English-speaking consumer in the English version.

    So, apparently increasing our ping to 220ms+ moving the servers to an awful location wasn't enough. Now we need to pay for a VPN service + subscription increased values? Not to mention the fact that this is happening right after we spent our money with Stormblood.

    Square Enix, do you really want us out of your game? Because that's exactly how you do it.

    Using a VPN didn't help me much in SP, so I moved to EU. However when I tried to change payment methods on PayPal to add crysta for the server transfer, I was charged before clicking on confirm. Contacted SE and they said they have a no refund policy and couldnt do anything about it because it's in the ToS I had previously agreed with. Now theyve breached the contract by not noticing us beforehand. What now? Can we start getting refunds then? I'd like a sum of my money back, as I have been held by a contract that just happened to be broken now. Plus I feel like I wasted 18 dollars on a server transfer to get at least a stable, tho still high ping connection to the servers

    Well, that's unfortunate. They really should have informed you guys in advance that a change in price was due to occur. It's only fair.

    As a European player, I'm unfortunately well aware of how easily players in regions outside of North America and Japan are screwed over in this game. The way in which the promotions for special items were handled is proof enough of that for me. It could very well be unintentional, too - but ultimately they need to do a much better job of keeping players informed.
