1. I was going to equip my dark knight and an item is missing

3. Purchased dark knight level 60 for $25 through mog station
4. Checked mail and nothing, requested manual recieve
5. Looked in my invintory and cannot find it
6. Searched anywhere I could of mysteriously stored it
7. Emailed square enix support directly to get the item back
8. Recieved email to make a bug report (exhausted and upset)
