It's not "technically", it IS. Yoshi-P is aware of these things, but SE ultimately is the one holding the purse-strings and the one responsible with setting the Terms of Service. Such third party sites provide all the evidence needed to ban people if they are reported.As a follow-up, parsing is technically against ToS? And some people are actively against it, and report people who talk about parsing. I would exercise caution talking about it in game, even if you don't participate.
An in game parser, even if it's just personal, would be nice.
