don't assume because a world first was taken down rather quickly, the savage will be a cake walk lol.

You have less room for mistakes and can't fail certain mechanics, but both bosses are similar to normal. Mechanics wise are even easier than Susano and Lakshmi.
Ah, it's this thread again!
We see this happen every new high end content is added to the game. People feign surprise when some of the best players in the world achieve victory in an impressive amount of time. If they didn't do that then they wouldn't be some of the best players in the world, would they?
The vast majority of players will struggle with the content in question. Difficulty is in itself very subjective and the FFXIV community has proven time and time again that it is a very mixed bag in terms of skill. Just look at the amount of people who struggle to grasp the mechanics of 4.0's final fight.
OS3 is apparently a lot harder then the previous 2.
I am still concerned it was down fast... even on lich one of the most casual had it down in 1 hour and a half
I think the savage difficulty level is just tuned differently. O4S is the thing.
Why do we care if some people already managed to beat 2 of the new savage fights? Not everyone lives in a timezone which makes it almost impossible to be on as soon as the patch hits, and nobody really cares who beats a raid first..
Not necessary if you consider the game is 4 years old. After Coil, Alexander and so, some mechanics are already known. I suppose world first teams can guess a part of mechanics SE devs will include.
Roll on the moronic complaints why are things so easy BUT THEN if things were a lot harder the same bunch of deluded morons will come out in full force complaining why the raid is too hard (please nerf) Bloody enjoy the game and move on.
It makes you wonder what goes thru people's heads....it's just idiotic
