a whole point of this "buff" is to help out the rookie MCH that doesn't even know how to manage their heat lol... let be honest here, there are already very very few MCH anyway, anyone that don't know how to manage the heat is prolly already switch to brd, so it really "shouldn't" matter lol. The majority of player who main mch complaint about the DPS and how little utility they got compare to BRD.. again 3% is NOT going to cut it at all >.>. instead of making the player that main MCH happy, they are making the rookie happy by reducing the heat so its easier to manage, SE really took the WRONG turn for this one.
