Did Machinist just get nerfed?

You can overheat for every single wildfire now with a 3% buff in base damage on top of a useful damage spike when overcharge is on CD and you think you just got a dps loss?

With less usage of a decent dps ability cooldown and how hard it will be to overheat into a wildfire combo now, yes i think its a dps loss.
