Summoner needs a Raise, a Verraise, and a resurrection.

Quick disclaimer. I know Summoner has a raise ability. The title is a joke that Summoner is so dead that it needs to be revived three times at this point.

With Machinist getting several potencies increased, (Some of them where doubled in potency!) it is very likely Summoner will be the weakest dps, in the entire game with no significant Utility to make up for it.

With Black Mage getting buffed, and Summoner getting no adjustment to their dps or utility it might as well be 6 Feet under the ground.

You should understand one simple thing - potency, cd etc. changes are easy and don't eat resources. But summoner needs IMPLEMENTATION of a new FUNCTION like egi-glamours. This on the other hand is very resource requiring task, cause u need to write new code, debug etc. That means WHOLE smn budget was spent on bahamut size command for 4.1+.
Just play RDM in a meantime like a good boys

I don't know about that. Mch got a cooldown duration halved, 3% damage increase, and a 400 potency attack turned into 800.

Summoner dps is at 3,048 with Machinist at 3,037.

With Hot Shot increasing Machinist dps by 3% (was 5% now is 8%) Im pretty sure a 3% increase to 3k dps would be over the 11 dps needed to overtake summoner.

there is a reason why this is a "community" everyone has a right to complain or say whatever on their mind lol, beside the more thread = the more complaint = the more they have to reconsider and make things right for the game.
