I'd say AST's change is a very good one, just because of Spear finally being a viable card in any situation. A free freakin' Battle Litany! More crits for your best DPS / whole team!

Moreover, being able to undraw both RR and Spread along with Draw makes the card system as a whole, imo, solidified.

And with that, Balance is balanced. Sooner or later, everyone will get used to this change.
