    It's not a coincidence the balance and design of smn and sch been all over the place since day one. I honestly don't think SE will ever figure them out till they finally break them apart from one another.

    Yes, it is. All the SCH changes have nothing to do with SMN except for thing with failing to use stacks correctly.

    They've already effectively broken them apart.
