If you do Savage raiding, you'll have more than enough gear for multiple drops and tomestone capping. If you don't, ilvl 340 is entirely irrelevant to how you play as no other content requires it. We're already facerolling Susano and Lakshmi-- plenty doing so at ilvl 290ish.

I remember the Alpha days when even breathing lagged you
10% is pretty high. 400% (8 party members) of 5% is still very good. It's like adding a third tank/Healer into dpsing for 30 seconds.
The fact that it was nerfed in half but still completely worth using, shows how great of a card it is.
Plus the spear. You now have another card worth using to increase dps. Its an hps and dps buff. Think of how powerful regens/Eos will be in an opener with rouse/litany/spread spear. Couple this with chain strategum and mages Ballad...
Ast came out stronger in the sense that lucky 100% uptime balance draws wont define your skill as a healer. It was a nerf, but it was also a qol change.
I feel like only people who don't main astro think this. I have never once thought that define my skill as a healer. I am pretty sure our quick one shot healing abilities and utility in mp management of our own skills through long halls are what defined us. I remember when balance was utter shit, so I have never thought of it as the end all. Granted liked it for savage could push through something with someone down but was always a plus not the main attribute. But then again I feel healing always comes first.
I think though, If it were that great, everyone would be eating proper food in dungeons even, every time. as a majority of them go for 5% stats w/ a bonus of smaller stats.
Reality is, most don't. They ignore those 5% food stats cause it's 'meh 5%'
They also ignore melding their gear which if u add up is near 5% too. (V is cheap as hell now) Cause 'meh small stats'
Everyday actions show how highly ppl think of that amount of % sadly.
The 10% is single target so woe would be the (majority) players who are the 'unchosen'. >,>
10% with 20 sec that's about 8 hits in so with that 10% increase you'll be lucky if u can get 1 whopping crit in (for the crit card)
