It boggles my mind(ever since live letter) that bahamut size changing didn't make it to 4.05 when it should be there ON RELEASE. Did this thought never crossed devs minds?
It's almost as if square have no idea what they're doing.

So for white mage, confession stack is granted whenever medica II is cast or whenever medica II ticks?

Pretty sure its just from the initial heal, everyone your aoe heal hits will get 1 confession stack including you, so basically its a freebie party heal every minute to help top everyone off. Most likely to be used with 1 stack but there are times you need to aoe heal more than once, susano Ex wide aoe and nidhogg ahk morn come to mind. I can actually see solo healing as a whm to be fairly easy now.

The exact text includes "HP is restored"Pretty sure its just from the initial heal, everyone your aoe heal hits will get 1 confession stack including you, so basically its a freebie party heal every minute to help top everyone off. So for those healers casting Medica II on parties with full HP, no confession stacks. As it is with the Lilies, you don't get the Lilies if you cast Cure/Cure II on yourself or party members who have full HP (unless that was a bug?) It would be ridiculous to have it grant anything on HoT ticks. Wait for party damage, then everyone gets a confession. They will instead be granted a Confession when HP is restored via Medica, Medica II, or Cure III.
As for how useful this is, not very. There's very few points in the game's regular content that you ever have to spam Medica, and you never have to spam Medica II. Keeping Medica II up and using Medica on top of that during Trials or Raids is more common, so those confession stacks might be useful in a situation where it gives you essentially extra panic room by using PI, but the previous way it was working was pretty much useless since you'd only ever have confession stacks on the tank, and rarely more than 1, even if you were using Cure II plenty, making it not useful at all.
As it is, people were vicious about the lilies before 4.0, and then once it was in the game, nobody gave a care about it. It's just there, and most people just use expend it on Assize recast time anyway. Divine Benison is the only skill that requires a lily present, and honestly if you're playing the game like the developers expect you to play, you should always have three lilies, especially with it applying to Cure I and Cure II.

Well yeah, kind of figured that was understood, I mean already taught myself to toss out a cures instead of a medica if only a couple people get hit and tend to just use aoe healing when there's constant party wide or stacking damage. Really dont see it being much use in other situations but meh its still better than the original effect which I rarely even used. >.<
That's the only way I can see 3 confessions on a player happening for PI.
Oh, I wasn't aware of that, my WHM is still in the mid 50s, but I will be taking a closer look at PI now.

The WAR changes are literally everything I wanted, and life leech off Steel Cyclone as a completely out of left field buff that I hadn't even considered, and it sounds amazing.
I laughed when I saw that, but because it made me think of 1.0 steel cyclone. It was so op, like huge aoe damage + full self heal ( was really high %).

my only complain is the tomes that is get back to 450 forcing the god ol' 11 week for equip one jobs throught tomes.
i had hoped we was going to stay at 900 per week allowing player to have more freedom to play different jobs. well i guess it's over ^^
