How do I use Terminal Velocity?

There's several ways you can use it.

Look for natural choke points like the entrances to ice areas in Shatter, major throughfares in all the maps, or key objectives. Anywhere opponents might gather up. If you're playing MCH, you have one of the few stuns remaining in PvP. Don't be afraid to use it.

Does it matter where I am facing? Or does it automatically orient towards who I am targeting?
