Will i be able to run Stormblood?

Hello forumers,

I've recently picked up the game again after quitting a while ago (i was on ps3). I've downloaded the trial version and started playing and i've now capped my first class to 35, so i was actually gonna buy the complete version upgrade, but then checked the sys requirements and oh my, i feel like i'll be wasting my money if i do end up buying it.
My specs (it's a 3/4 year old laptop):

i7 3537u
gt 740m
8 gb ddr3
128gb ssd (the game directory is here for faster loading)
OS: Win 8.1

The base game seems to run very smoothly (no post processing and everything else is set to low/normal except for textures which i kept on high, dx11 client also seems a bit smoother). I can stay at or slightly above 30fps in hugely crowded cities/hubs with the odd drop to 26/27; in free roam i'm usually anywhere around 50-70 fps depending on the place and what's going on and during moderately crowded FATEs i'm still above 30. All of the 4 men dungeons i've tried are well above 60fps even during combat.
Is Stormblood such a huge upgrade compared to ARR and HW that my performance will suddenly become abysmal when entering new areas (even though the game looks the same from what i can tell from videos)?
Edit:For the record, i've tried the SB benchmark and i scored just above 3.9k on high (laptop) and almost 4.6k when running on standard (laptop), although in reality neither of those options were actually viable in the game (high in particular ran like crap, never going above 30/40) so i don't know what's up with the benchmark scores.
