+2 seconds on TBN is a good thing, cause now there is like no chance it can't go off and give you 50 blood (if you know the encounter and time it just a bit you already can do that, but now it's easier)

But Delirium...I did some math and tests and yeah, combined with Bloodweapon it's definitely a dps gain (about 165 dps on the training I did). But if you just miss 1 Dark Arts, just clip 1 ability or there is just 1 or 2 seconds where you can't strike your target...

Honestly, I will just use Bloodspiller...expecially since I am MT and in tank stance most of the time and I think we can all agree, that it's not worth using it on Blood Price...
