    reduced DP costs?
    plunge range increased? added enmity generation?
    TBN lasts 6 seconds?
    Shadow wall duration/effect buffed?
    Delirium recast reduced?
    Blood price/weapon timer extended?

    just off the top of my head for "usability"

    Gotta love the vagueness all around. War gets the sidegrade Drg style changes. Sure whatever. Doesn't affect anyone that managed to maintain a 24 sec buff.....cuz that's hard amirite? And "Inner Beast Gauge Simplification" whatever the F that means. "System changes to IR/Zerk"? The hell is that supposed to mean? Drk gets "Usability" changes. Both get some level of DPS buffs. Time to play the Please Look Forward To It game for a week or 2. Might as well not said anything with this level of detail.

    Pld damage nerf. Drk/War damage buff. Other 'things' for Drk/war Please look forward to it.

    Why would they nerf pld dmg and raise both war and drk... literally all they had to do was raise drk a bit at the very least and most of us would have been happy. Sorry pld bros, going to be supporting you till next update. Legit hoping its not a heavensward repeat for pld. Hopefully were just blowing it out of proportions.

    I have a feeling PLD will be fine, their utility is essential to Midcore/Casual groups going through Savage. Unless DRK gets a groupwide shield (highly doubtful) you will not stop seeing PLD.

    You gotta calm down. War was introduced with “usability” in the previous live letter and found out to be getting all these changes we heard today.

    Dark Knight got the same wording today as War did last live letter and now we got what their “usability” means. Meaning Dark Knight’s usability should be something that caters to improved gameplay and QoL buffs which I believe is just as important performance buffs because it changes the dynamic of the class overall.

    We will just have to wait till the patch notes to see what does usability specifically target and with that, we also get dps buffs, I don’t see as to how anyone can get upset over that. Just need to calm down and think things through.

    Its not anger. Its just annoyance. They trotted out 'usability' changes months ago and said wait till next live letter. Next live letter comes and they just say vaugue 'system changes' and more 'usability' jargon that means a hill o beans. This could be a fundamental rework to how war functions, or just numbers changes. Drk is still in the dark. It just begs the question, why even have a segment on it? What we learned from all this nothingburger chatter was:

    *Pld "small" damage nerf.
    *War/Drk: "Small" damage buff.
    *War/Drk: And a buncha other 'stuff' about how the jobs work will change but we aren't telling! Teehee!

    The 'stuff' is the important part and they are continuing to just string everyone along like usual. People are planning out jobs and gear for the next raid season. So dont say youre going to give us info and make announcements when the announcement is "wait for patch notes for the REAL announcement"

    I have to agree with Aana. When it comes to Job changes and balances they need to be more specific; It's fine when they do the string-along for features or new content, but not like this:


    Prev LL: "We don't have time, just know this ambiguous thing is happening, next ll we'll talk more"
    This LL: "We don't have time, just know this slightly less ambiguous thing is happening, please look forward to patch notes."


    Hyping the reveal around things like this feels like "I don't know for sure what I am doing but I am doing something, please look forward to it".

    I agree. A lot of people find frustration from the vague info we keep getting, but griefing about it on the forums can only lead to more griefing as it may be a minor annoyance or even a major one, anyone can read it and be influenced by it to be more upset than they should be, because they were expecting more.

    Instead, we should discuss, predict, speculate, and make ourselves ready for what’s to come. I say keep expectations low as that has always helped reduce stress or sadness on something you really want to happen and when it does, just is a great big disappointment. Let’s try and lift everyone’s spirits, not bring em down.
