    I'd even take something like MCH at this point.
    [Grit] Reduce dmg taken by 23 (was 20)
    Reduce damage dealt by 17 (was 20)

    Just until 4.15 or even 4.2 hits then they can do everything and put in proper fix and rebalancing of the other tanks in place.

    Whoever is in charge of balancing is either off the rails, too methodical or has no idea what to do with the third tank in this game.
