Played Drk throughout 3.0 series, raided, took a break and just came back. In the process of leveling and relearning the changes. My immediate thoughts right off the bat are that quietus and BS should be ogcd. Blood gauge should be at least 150. DP needs to be returned to its original state as I cant really justify the cost at this point. I miss the dark dance/reprisal (another example of mitigation counter attack) as a compromise I would be okay with getting back our original reprisal (that damages) and pulling the parry CD from the role list.

One of the suggestions that I read here that l liked was the BLN proc dark arts for the next qualified attack in addition to its current setup. This intertwined with an OGCD BS would be very fun to mess with.

Anyhow, give them hell. I definitely agree the DRK seems a bit off. Upon using quietus for the first time and realizing it was a GCD I started yelling at the clouds. lol It's value instantly became an MP refresh as opposed to a move I could weave into my rotation.

My only concern with moving Quietus off the GCD is that the cool down would have to be pretty short. Right now on large trash pulls the Quietus/DA-AD is extremely powerful. Popping a Blood Price/Blood Weapon with the initial pull and adding in a TBN in the middle I can usually get off 3 Quietus' and 3-4 DA-AD and watch mobs melt away.

I agree. If we OGCD Quietus then we won't have an effective blood dump for large pulls. With the amount of blood generated on 8-10 enemies during salted earth and blood price windows, it will need a 5 second recast to keep blood under control. If it was a 5 second cd OGCD, I'd be all for that.
