    Yup thats the one I was refering to lol.

    As Lyth said I don't see them seperating TBN from the job quest. I think simply giving a physical cooldown similar to dark mind except for damage would go a long way in fixing our mitigation issues while leveling, I'm not sure bring blood guage down to sub 60 content will really fix things.
