Even on the french side of things (and we are not that active) drk is considered not bad on it's own, but when you put it against PLD and WAR, it's is lacking.
Nearly the same ideas has been proposed. Even a heal like clemency, not enough to heal through undead, but helps healers dealing with it.

I actually think sole survivor needs to go, in a sense its similar to shake it off in that it is very situational and not beneficial to single boss raids and usually even during adds... It has plenty of uses soloing and/or dungeon content but why make it function this way when you could give it uses inside raid environments like they did with shake it off. This is actually a perfect chance to change sole survivor into an actual tanky cooldown which drk could really use for some more self sustain. I would say drk needs an HP grab the most even though another mitigation cooldown wouldn't hurt... technically sole survivor was an hp grab anyway albeit a very clunky one.

Go to page 50 at the very bottom you can see my personal list of what I would like to see changed with DRK... though it should be it's own thread at this point... they would also need to buff PLD and WAR stuff to make sure that DRK doesn't get all of the attention...


The changes you suggest are a bit overboard. Give Bloodspiller a life drain (A good hit would be similar to a clemency heal)
Make Sole Survivor a buff instead that gives the Dark Knight life drain on damage. (Which effectively fills the role that Foresight used to play). Killing an enemy while it's active resets the duration.
Delirium could stand to either be a shorter Cooldown or a better buff. Maybe it have it extend -all- allies beneficial effects by 8 seconds. Draw them into the fold!
Dark Passenger could work with Blood Weapon. I think that'd help it a bit at least in AOE situations.
Blood Price should generate Blood based on Health lost.

Why not just buff DRK enough to be in line with the other two tanks instead of overbuffing to the point the other two tanks also need an additional buff? Less work on SE's part, meaning it would actually get done.

What ever happened to getting rid of PS3 Limitations? Because it feels like it's those limitations are still there.


To be fair, PS3 support was just dropped and its been around since 2.0. SO it will probably take time to remove said limitations. Although i'm not sure what you're specifically referring too.
