    Has there been any word yet on when the new housing / apartments are opening up?? I skimmed over the live letter and wasn't sure if I missed it.

    No, no announcements. We will be told at least a week before the patch it will be implemented in, so there's no chance of it being on Tuesday. My guess is it will be 4.1.
