Resubed my wife's NA account but on login she's stuck in the wrong region.

Not quite sure how this happened. I set up my wife's account years ago and we play on Ultros. I simply bought an online upgrade to Storm Blood, applied it to her account and when she logs on she's directed to the wrong region and it doesn't allow me to change it. It looks like it's placing me onto the Japanese region which is odd as there's no way it could have been registered in that region.

I bought her upgrade from the main web site and the code was applied to her NA account. Is it possible that they gave me the wrong region code for the upgrade? If this is the case, how does one fix it?

And to add. Logged into Mog Station and it has her account info listed an United States under country. Her Ultros character is listed, and payment method is a US card, so I'm at a total loss.

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you, but it sounds like you just need to load the game, click Data Center from the main menu and then select the one containing your world (Primal if she's on the same server as you).

After that just select your world and you're good to go

Yea you just need to change the data center and then you will be able to select her character. At the login screen before selecting start choose the option below and it will allow you to change data centers.
