The "Blood" Dragoon? Why not The Crimson Dragoon?

Finished Dragoon's level 70 quest and I'm a bit confused.

The npc at the end mentions that we should be called The Crimson Dragoon. So...why is the title we're given The "Blood" Dragoon?

I mean, it makes sense right? We get The Azure Dragoon title, so why not another "color" title like "Crimson"? Why Blood?

Yeah yeah it's not THAT big of a deal, but I was kinda looking forward to it, seeing as my Dragoon is wearing armor that's colored red, and I think Crimson sounds cooler than Blood.

Maybe cause the expansion is Stormblood? Emphasis on Blood? I mean, you're right, Crimson makes more sense. Maybe its just a localization issue like the others have said. Crimson Dragoon makes more sense.
