So I went to purchase the complete collectors edition through the website. Ingenico was having issued and failed to complete the transaction, however when I look at my card history the transaction occurred twice. Yet there is no appearance of the transaction working on my account.

I went to the forums to figure out how to report this and it tells me what information to provide, BUT THERES NO EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND IT TO.

I do find a section that says hey you can report issues here, use this sharethis button, but the issue? It doesn't auto populate the CC address so once again I have search google and I cannot find for the life of me what your customer support email address is. I'm super frustrated at this point.
