The Redbills out and about

I noticed this a while ago, but after completing the first part of the Void Ark series of raids, you can occasionally run into Leofard and Stacia on the balcony of the Forgotten Knight. They're untargetable NPCs, and Stacia tells you that "Rumors are our meat and mead," while Leofard complains that he "Can't enjoy me drink with this scrag yappin' in me ear..."

I had only seen them there once on each of my characters, and I thought it a nice touch to have them out doing other things. Then I went to turn in expired Cactpot tickets just now and saw Leofard, Utata, and Cait Sith hanging out near the Cactpot Broker. Leofard asks Utata, "Keepin' yourself in trouble?" She tells him that "I'm meant to be working, but... Please don't tell Stacia!" Meanwhile, Cait Sith (wearing the Redbill Scarf) says "I do not understand why, yet I feel oddly at home here." So this event only happens when you've cleared Dun Scaith.

Has anyone else seen members of the Redbills out in the open world, and if so, where? Or any other side-story NPCs for that matter, like Cyr or the Scholasticate students?

Well, during the make it rain campaign, many npcs were seen in the gold saucer. Though i dont recall seeing the redbills, i'll have to go look.

They hung out around the cactpot board with cait sith.

The Redbills still hang out at the Gold Saucer, they were added to the Cactpot Board area before Make It Rain. Back in 3.5 I think.
