    So why exactly did they remove our surround Aoe ?
    Im coming more and more closer to 70 ( 66 ) and i came to a point where im not sure to lvl further and thats fkkin horrible . DRG used to be my Mainclass .

    I'm finding myself highly confused...

    Dragon Sight:
    5 yalms is about the difference already from one side to the other of a largish dungeon boss. Most arenas are no more than 30 yalms across. If they intend to essentially remove the ability or otherwise entirely change it, than so be it, but a tether two arenas wide sounds outright disgusting to me. Why have the tether at all, then? And if no tether, why have the skill?

    Doom Spike / Sonic Thrust:
    What would better describe the area of a linear AoE than the word "line"? It being a linear AoE is actually quite advantageous in many ways. They need only:
    - Increase the width of the line
    - Make it not require a target, so that you're not constantly shuffling around the target or re-targeting in order to keep it aimed correctly.

    We have Dragon Sight because they divided up Blood for Blood's buff into Dragon Sight, while providing the 5% to party member, and that fun, engaging tether.

    And aside from Dragonfire Dive, are area attacks are line of sight (LoS).

    Blood for blood and the disembowl nerf. And yes, if they are going to turn drg into a support role then our support should be equally effective, in both range and potency. Dragon sight should be raid wide and disembowl should go back to 10%. Why are all the piercing class being moved to support?

    Or make Sonic Thrust a cone AOE instead of a straight line. I remember the first time I tried it in dungeons it didn't even hit most of the mob and I was like, "man the AOE is really small".

    If only they would make Disembowel back to 10% or change it to 5% piercing and 5% magic debuff. That alone will make DRGs become a top raid utility Job.

    The best way to improve dragoon is to make Nastrond like 600 potency.
    That way it'll feel a little bit more rewarding with how stupid it is just to activate LotD
