Prior to 4.01, Bhavacakra was mechanically a physical attack. This meant it was effected by Dripping Blades. This gave it an effective potency of 660. In 4.01, they changed it to magical damage, which it was originally intended to be, and buffed the base potency to slightly compensate, for an effective loss of 60 potency.

It was also affected by slashing iirc so it actually hit for 726. This means it lost 126 potency.
