Assuming you crit 30% of the time, Aspected Benefic is more shield value. On top of costing less and being instant cast. It's better hands down in nearly every regard. Comparing critical potencies, it's not even that far behind Adlo. It's anything but fine.

I hope its not just the exact same Miasma II before with no changes to potency or how its used.

Those changes to SCH don't solve the real problem: our shields just add 10% of tanks' max HP. They are terribly weak. Only crit Adlo is a real mitigation tool.

Meanwhile SCH mitigation is so weak compared to Noct AST, what's the point on bringing an SCH over an AST? AST has better shielding and much better buffs. Clear choice.

The choice will only be between WHM and SCH anyways due to how much AST brings to the table. That was clear to me from the beginning. And with those changes, I feel SCH gets ahead of WHM again (not that they really ever were behind), just as predicted...

You can double up as long as you go in as a full party.

AST (in general) has more "oomph" per GCD than the other two healers. They lack oGCDs so their throughput suffers because of it.

WHM has higher throughput thanks to the number of oGCDs they have. They can put more HPS out in spikes but generally have less total potency than AST over a similar period of time.
