Nope, it's guaranteed spot was mostly because of the meta itself. You wanted a nin, they didn't want to put up slashing so you brought them no matter what, No longer the case. Storms path was mandatory for all progression it was just too good. No longer the case. War is just the sam or why of tanks. Zero utility but the highest personal damage like it should be.
