Better inventory management and banking system. UI design that doesn't over-rely on sub-menus. Currencies in a currency tab. The ability to pre-save transmog outfits. The transmog library itself. Very large,detailed zones that don't stymie you with invisible walls. The ability to mail instantly to your alts. To name a few.



And tons of other games have had the same kind of feature for years - even before FFXIV re-released. This is not some brand new idea. We're not "impatient" for being frustrated at SE being tone deaf for 3 expacs.

This, I may not have an exact date but a major point was missed.

That being said, what you're seeing with the current design of glamour is likely is a result of a difference in philosophies towards gear collection for glamour - the developers are basically of the mind that it's okay to throw out all but maybe the really tough to get stuff if you're not going to be using it right away, and just to go back and acquire it later when you want it again. A good amount of one-time only stuff can already go in the armoire or be repurchased for cheap at one of the NPCs designated to sell that stuff (Calamity Salvager and the other one next to them for holiday stuff).

No it cannot, there is lots of things that are not at the salavge NPC or armoire that needs to be. Also we should have a housing NPCs for the salager and that holiday one. I can't even rebuy event stuff that I was not able to take part in the game, but bought off mog station.

Literally what people want in a video game is subjective. Arguing this is pointless. Goes the other way, too: what YOU think is best is not necessarily best in other people's eyes.

As for inventory issues... if you don't think it's a problem, take a look at the 60+ page thread on it with hundreds of likes.

69 pages with 175 likes currently, I know I have not been here for long but, I have not seen a thread with that many. Really shocked how representatives can reply to threads with much smaller likes and post count. Item management is very poor, if they can't let you transfer items between retainers, then they need new servers or a different item management system.

I don't have inventory issues, Nor do a large majority of people who don't hoard every crafting item in existence and i like FFXIV UI a lot more.

SO no, you didn't, in fact i would argue they are the WORST parts, Perhaps i have to teach you how opinions work?

Alright Aki. Game has hundred's of items on here, people use glamour and
craft and use old gear for running things. Inventory space is a definite issue.
SE won't do crap about it, stead they give us the tired excuse of issues of "server limitations"
or whatever, but meanwhile, we can shell out RL money to "increase space". So I don't buy it.
Literally and Pun intended lol. Inventory space needs a fix, all there is to it.

Hopefully the Glamour rehaul can help with a bit of it.

Honestly at this point I'm just sick of the 'server limitations' excuse. How much money do we have to throw at you? I mean, ffs, this is a multi-million dollar revenue source for Square.

I don't blame the developers, I blame Square Enix for holding the purse strings so tightly so that they can use the money we put into this game to fund other games or projects. Its crap.

I'm not hopeful about the BLM changes

Triple cast CD timer is great but lowering the recast time for fire iv and blizzard iv *yawn*

Foul MP requirement removed *yawn*

Just give fire IV it's original potency back :/ or lower the cast time and not just the recast time that small .2 seconds because as it stands if stuff moves dps is gone lol I don't feel like SE will ever actually get it right with BLM they started off good changing that how that enochain mess worked but kind of veered off after that..

MCH needs potency boost to its combos not the overload thing like I don't understand the blowing up turret thing and not getting it back for 20 something seconds lol

I am pretty sure they mean cast time, having those values for RECAST makes no sense.

Perhaps you should pay attention to the context of that post instead of spamming your quote button without reading it. There is a reason i said it like that, as i was trying to teach the poor guy how opinions and subjectives work. Which you also fail to understand it seems.

Also i have a whole set of glamours, ones that i actually use and will want to keep, quite a few sets, still do not have space issues, This is why i said HOARDERS, you know, people who refuse to toss anything away because it might see a use, those are the people who have inventory issues. Never bought any additional retainers Nor do i ever plan to, cause it's not needed. i'm not against them adding more space if they can, and i know to well how they give excuses, but i'll see very little use out of and others who don't hoard.

How are you still on these forums when all your posts are so aggressive?

BTW, my friend has to use alts as a crafter because the space isn't enough.
CUL for example, has too much crap going on. He pays for retainers also.
This teeny tiny 140 cap isn't enough when you have a dozen jobs and crafting.

You have one combat job at level 50 - at least on the character you're posting as. Of COURSE you're not going to experience inventory problems as intensely as other people who are saving armors for glamour on potentially 15 different combat jobs (plus all the DoH/DoL jobs). That in no way makes us hoarders.

"The system on Glamour will see a huge look into, and will change because Yoshida is looking into implementing a new system and function to it, and it's working with the App feature. Glamour log is an ABSOLUTE possibility. Yoshida will talk about it once everything is confirmed and stablized. More details in the future."
