Can't Access The Lochs Anymore

What the $%%# is going on? It's been 3 hours and I can't access this map for gathering, I need the mats there for my crafting and I can't access this stupid map because of congestion? It don't even allows me to choose stance. Why I pay subscription for? For this quality of service?

Been down for a while and I need it for story mode on an alt I am finishing off. Everyone is waiting on the fate to spawn in there to get their mount. Would be nice to have the instances back for events like this as to not lock players out of MSQ because everyone is waiting on a FATE.

I could care less the reason for which the map is inaccessible, what matters is that I can't play the game I'm paying for, which drives me mad. First the most disgusting pre-release, then the crap server service, now this? Service quality is not the objective of Square Enix anymore.

A lot of players are camping in lochs because of ixion. This is messed up several players who want to use the map, just like me. I need to collect several items in lochs, others need to finish the msq, anyway ... this is a very constraining situation
